10 YEAR WARRANTY

ONLINE FENCE SUPPLIES PTY LTD. (hereafter “Online Fence”) guarantees that the aluminium fence and gate products are designed and manufactured for a long-life span and provides the following limited warranty.

1. Aluminium Structure

Online Fence warrants that the aluminium structure of fence and gate will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal residential conditions.Online Fence provides 10 years warranty for the aluminium structure.

2. Colours Warranty

Online Fence warrants that powder coated film on the product will not chip, peel, crack or flake. However, the colour ingredients will oxidize gradually under high humidity, high temperature and high sunshine environment. Then, the colours will fade gradually. Online Fence provides 10-year warranty for Powder Coated Colours and 10-years warranty for Wooden Colours (Outdoor weather-resistant wood grain).

If defects occur within the quality warranty period from the date of delivery, Online Fence will replace the defective ones or provide compensation.

For all our Vertical Blade and Horizontal Aluminium Slat fencing we can have our team install your fence from $100 per meter. For all other fencing ranges install pricing will depend on the scale and details of the job.

Pick up from Warehouse

We offer fast pickup from our Melbourne warehouse free of charge within the following hours.

Monday to Friday 8am – 3pm.
Saturday 9am - 12pm (midday)

After your order is placed via our online store, you may pick up directly from the warehouse (normally next day, if ordered before 2pm). Once your order is processed and entered at the warehouse, we will send you a text or email with all pickup details.

Interstate Shipping : Please contact us before placing an order online; our team will work out the most competitive freight pricing by calculating the weight and pallet size. Charges for interstate delivery will need to be processed vis our office over the phone.
